Context
Independent real estate agents — whether network-affiliated (IAD, SAFTI, Capifrance) or solo — spend 7 hours per week on admin tasks. A third of their follow-ups are forgotten. Buyer matching is done by gut feeling, in a 12-tab Excel file. Result: lost commissions (averaging 4,200 euros per missed match) and zero Sundays truly off.
The problem isn't that they're bad salespeople. The problem is the mental load when they're not working.
// 02 · the-solution
The solution
Nexory handles everything that runs through an agent's mind — capture, memory, reminders, matching — so they can focus on what they do best: relationships, instinct, negotiation.
Capture in 3 seconds
A LeBonCoin listing on the subway? iOS Share → Nexory. The URL is parsed, the property is created, photos are pulled. Zero manual entry. Compatible with LBC, SeLoger, BienIci, PAP.
Automated follow-ups
Each prospect has their cadence. Nexory triggers follow-ups at the right time, suggests the right SMS/email template, the agent just validates. 92% of follow-ups sent on time (vs 64% average without tooling).
Semantic buyer matching
Not just budget + surface area. Floor, energy rating, garden, renovation needed — the score is refined continuously. As soon as a new mandate comes in, Nexory surfaces matching buyers, ranked by score. The CRM becomes a revenue generator.
Pipeline and daily management
- →Kanban pipeline: drag-and-drop between stages, automatic history
- →Integrated calendar: Google/Apple sync, address + GPS in one tap, daily route
- →12 templates: calibrated real estate SMS and email, auto-personalization
- →Mandates and e-signatures: compliant archiving, read notifications
- →Weekly reporting: every Monday, a 90-second summary

Technical architecture
The backend is a NestJS API with Supabase (PostgreSQL + auth + storage + realtime). The web frontend is Next.js deployed on Vercel. The native iOS app in Swift communicates via the same REST API.
Semantic matching uses a weighted scoring system beyond simple SQL filters — strong criteria vs nice-to-haves, weighting by search history, real-time scoring on each new mandate.
Data hosted in France. GDPR-native. French real estate regulation (Hoguet) compliant.
